We do not guarantee that your fingerprints will be accepted by receiving agencies. Acceptance is determined solely by the receiving agency. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from background checks or other services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A-1 FINGERPRINTING LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM REJECTION OF FINGERPRINT SUBMISSIONS BY RECEIVING AGENCIES
• ANY DAMAGES RELATED TO THE RESULTS OF BACKGROUND CHECKS

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Fingerprint data is transmitted to third-party agencies such as FDLE and FBI. We are not responsible for the processing, handling, or results of submissions by these agencies.

10. Payment and Fees

All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified. Service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Agency processing fees are collected on behalf of receiving agencies and are also non-refundable.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Failure to pay applicable fees
• Conduct that is harmful to our business or other clients

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A-1 FINGERPRINTING LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
